Milea
The Multi-Isotope-Low-Energy AMS System (Milea) is the latest development for high-performance AMS measurement instrumentation, assembled in 2017, and fully operation since early 2018. Key features are the acceleration stage of 300 kV that does not need traditional accelerator technology, but relies of a solid state HV power supply. Spectrometers and beam optic components that cover the full range of the periodic table and enable detection of all major AMS nuclides except 36Cl. The system has been developed in collaboration with external pageIonplus AG and is now commercially available.
